Configuring SpIDer Guard

This option is not available in User mode.

 

SpIDer Agent provides you with the mail SpIDer Guard management and configuration features. The default settings are optimal for most uses. Do not change them unnecessarily.

To configure SpIDer Guard

1.Click the SpIDer Agent icon SpIDer Agent icon in the notification area, select SpIDer Guard, and then select Settings. The SpIDer Guard tab of the settings window opens that contains the following pages:
The Scanning page, where you select a scan mode for files and processes.
The Actions page, where you can configure reactions of SpIDer Guard to various virus events.
The Exclusions page, where you can configure folders and files to be excluded from SpIDer Guard checks.
2.Configure options as necessary. To get information on options in the page, click Help.
3.After editing, click OK to save the changes or Cancel to cancel them.
