Internal Proxy |
This chapter provides you with description of sections which contain parameters of Dr.Web for UNIX mail servers proxying. Proxying is used for transparent distribution of Dr.Web MailD modules by several hosts. Please note that if proxying is used, Sender-Receiver component pairs operate on some hosts and MailD core core processing component - on the others. On hosts where Sender and Receiver components work, Proxy client component is run; on hosts with Maild core - Proxy server component. On the host, where Proxy server operates, Dr.Web MailD configuration file must have the [ProxyServer] section, and on the host where Proxy client component operates - [ProxyClient] section. If proxying is not used, both sections in the configuration file can be absent. |
