In order for the Dr.Web app to work properly on Google Pixel devices, proceed as follows:

•Allow running in the background

Running in the background allows the app to keep running even if it is not active. It is necessary for constant anti-virus protection and for the following advanced components to work as expected: Call and SMS filter, URL filter, Anti-Theft, Parental Control, and Firewall.

To allow running in the background

1.In your device settings, select Apps > Recently opened apps.

2.Select Dr.Web on the list of apps.

3.Select App battery usage > Allow background usage > Allow background usage.

4.Select Unrestricted.
