1.Tap the lock notification that you received from your buddy.
2.Contact your buddy to learn the verification code. It is displayed on the lock screen of the buddy’s device.

Make sure that the device is not in the cybercriminals’ hands and it is your buddy who requires your help. |
3.Enter the verification code and tap Unlock (see Figure 12).
If you ignore or close the lock notification by accident, ask the buddy to send a notification again.
