When contacting Doctor Web technical support , you can generate a report on your operating system and Dr.Web operation. For that purpose, click SpIDer Agent 
in the taskbar notification area and on the Tools submenu select Report Wizard.

The report will be stored as an archive in the Doctor Web subfolder of the %USERPROFILE% folder.
For details on a certain option, click the corresponding item in the picture.
To generate a report, click the corresponding button. The report will include the following information:
