SpIDer Agent provides you with the mail SpIDer Gate management and configuration features.

SpIDer Gate settings are not available in User mode.

To configure SpIDer Gate
| 1. | Click SpIDer Agent icon  , select SpIDer Gate, and then select Settings. |
| 2. | A window opens that contains the following pages: |
| • | The Actions page, where you can select general scanning options |
| • | The Application Filter page, where you can configure scanning of HTTP traffic for particular applications |
| • | The Proxy page, where you can configure connection to the Internet |
| • | The Log page, where you can select the mode of keeping records in the log file |
| 3. | Configure options as necessary. To get information on options on the page, click Help  . |
| 4. | After editing, click OK to save the changes or Cancel to cancel them. |
