Dr.Web is installed into the following folders: •%PROGRAMDATA%\Doctor Web •%PROGRAMFILES%\DrWeb for Exchange •%PROGRAMFILES%\Common Files\Doctor Web Make sure these folders are created and contain necessary files. After that, run Windows and make sure no errors connected with Dr.Web are detected. Finally, make sure that the following local services are started: •Dr.Web Scanning Engine (DrWebEngine) •Dr.Web CMS •Dr.Web SSM •Dr.Web CMS Web Console •Dr.Web for MSP Scanning Service •Dr.Web for MSP Component Host •Dr.Web for MSP Requests Queue If Dr.Webis correctly installed, you can see in the results of executing the get-transportagent command in Exchange PowerShell the following agents: •Dr.Web AntiSpam Agent •Dr.Web AntiVirus Agent |
