Dr.Web for Android general settings and update settings are available in the Dr.Web for Android section.

General

Set the Check autorun files checkbox to enable device memory check for Windows autorun files. This option relates both to SpIDer Guard real-time scanning and on-demand scanning.

Set the Enable sound alerts chekbox to enable sound notifications on threats detection, deletion or moving to quarantine.

Set the Display Dr.Web icon checkbox to show the application sign in the status bar when SpIDer Guard is enabled.

Set the Track location checkbox to allow the application to receive the information on current device location coordinates. In the Period of GPS coordinates transmission list select the time period after which the device will transmit the current coordinates to the application.

Updates

Set the Do not use mobile Internet checkbox to disable the use of mobile networks on downloading the updates. If no Wi-Fi networks are available, you will be prompted to use 3G or GPRS. Changing this setting does not affect the use of the mobile networks by other application and device functions.

Set the Automatic updates checkbox to allow the updates to be downloaded automatically.

Set the Check for new version checkbox to enable check for the new version availability every time the virus databases are updated. When a new version of the application becomes available, you will get a standard notification to download and install it.
